BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An investigation which was months in the making resulted in the arrest of two people from Medina, New York.
Police raided a house and seized roughly six ounces of marijuana, scales, cash, packaging and other drug paraphernalia. In and among this paraphernalia, police found three young children.
The discoveries merited the arrests of the adults in the house — Marcus Warren, 31 and Ashlee Waters, 25. Each was charged with one count of criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree and three counts of unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree.
Both were committed to Orleans county jail, but Warren’s bail was set at $2,500 cash while Waters’ was set at $1,000 cash or bond.
