Wanted man arrested inside Rath Building

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A wanted man was arrested in the Rath Building in downtown Buffalo on Tuesday.

Milus Littlejohn, 27, was allegedly yelling in the vicinity of the day care in the building. Erie County sheriff’s deputies said they responded to the area and calmed him down. Then they investigated the situation.

Littlejohn was discovered to have an outstanding warrant from the Cheektowaga Police Department. He was charged with aggravated harassment and was turned over Cheektowaga Police without incident.
