Troopers close out long investigation with identity theft arrest

BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) —  Troopers announced the closure of a month-long investigation Monday after they arrested a Batavia man for identity theft.

Dustin L. Stump, 44, is a Stafford resident who allegedly stole a debit card from one of his family members while they were hospitalized and withdrew money from their account.
