West Seneca man charged with DWI

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) —  State police in Elma arrested a West Seneca man in after they pulled him over for not driving in the proper lane.

Sean P. Regdos, 33, was arrested Saturday for DWI after they smelled alcohol on his breath while pulling him over. Troopers conducted a field sobriety test on him, which he failed.

Regdos refused to submit to breathalyzer testing and was charged with DWI, failure to use designated lane and failure to obey a traffic control device.
