I-190 driver accused of .25% BAC

TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A driver on I-190 North Saturday night was allegedly drunk and carrying marijuana. New York State Police said Donald O’Connor, 48, of Tonawanda, was stopped for vehicle and traffic violations around 10:30 p.m.

Police said O’Connor provided a breath sample of .25 percent blood alcohol content, more than three times the legal limit. In addition, he is accused of carrying about three grams of pot.

O’Connor is charged with aggravated felony DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana. He’s due in court next week.
