Rodgers poses major challenge for Bills

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) – Another week, another star quarterback on the Bills’ schedule, with Aaron Rodgers coming to town on Sunday.

Bills defensive players had no shortage of compliments for the Packers QB today – especially when it comes to his ability to extend plays and throw on the run.

“Him throwing across his body forty yards and just flipping the ball, that makes the game so much more hard, so we’re just going to have to try our best to contain and get after him the best way we can,” said Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus.

While the Bills defense managed to shut down Peyton Manning for the most part on Sunday, stopping Rodgers will be a tall task.

“No disrespect to Peyton Manning, a Hall of Famer, but I feel right now Aaron Rodgers is probably the best quarterback in this league,” said Bills safety Aaron Williams. “Numbers don’t lie, you look at his numbers, his numbers are phenomenal.”
