BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Sports fans in Buffalo are following the buzz surrounding the search for a new Bills head coach.

The NFL Network reports the team is interested in Broncos Offensive Coordinator Adam Gase. The Bills are reportedly asking Denver for permission to interview the up-and-coming coordinator.

The Bills will need to get in line. The 49ers, Falcons and Bears are all interviewing him over the next couple days. The Bills interview is expected to be on Saturday, according to the Denver Post.

Gase is not the only candidate the team is looking at. Former Bills Quarterback Frank Reich will reportedly also interview for the Bills job.

Reich is coming off his first season as offensive coordinator for the San Diego Chargers. San Diego General Manager Tom Telesco has high praise of Reich.

Telesco said, “I think Frank in his first year did a very good job. He’s smart. He’s detailed. He’s prepared for this for a long time. He’s a great teacher. (He’s a) great communicator, and he can really handle a room, as far as handling the offense in a room. I thought he did an excellent job, and I like I said, I’m not surprised teams would have interest in him.” provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
