Woman arrested for yelling obscenities at Rath building workers

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies had to arrest a person at the Erie County’s Rath building Tuesday.

They said Tambra Carlisle, 48, was found shouting obscenities after they responded to a complaint. Two deputies attempted to calm Carlisle down, and they said she refused to.

Carlisle resisted deputies and struggled, they said. They said they “controlled’ her and escorted her out of the office and charged her with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

About a month ago deputies escorted Rhonda Smith, 35, out of the Rath building under similar circumstances.
