CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Cheektowaga man is accused of repeatedly sending electronic communication to a person who had an order of protection from him. New York State Police said 35-year-old Tony A. Brunn was arrested on Tuesday.
Brunn is charged with second-degree harassment, and second-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. He will return to Town of Boston Court in February.
