JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police in Jamestown say a short investigation led to an arrest Thursday that netted a large amount of drugs.
Police executed a search warrant on 8 C Shirley Lane, the house of Steven P. Greenland, a 29-year-old Falconer man. They say officers seized $3,000 in cash, marijuana worth $25,000 along with a drug called shatter valued at $18,000. They say there were 13 pounds of marijuana and nearly a pound of shatter — a highly concentrated form of marijuana.
They said Greenland attempted to jump from a second story window as Jamestown Police began executing the search warrant, but police stopped him and arrested him.
Greenland is charged with first degree criminal possession of marijuana and fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance — two class C felonies.
