Man jailed on child sex abuse charges

RANDOLPH, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Chautauqua County Man was jailed after a lengthy investigation by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies on Friday.

Police say Matthew A. Huch, 30, was arrested after they say they found evidence that he was in an inappropriate physical relationship with an 11-year-old female from Stockton.

They set out to arrest him after getting a warrant signed, and found him in a Randolph home. They brought him in and charged him with endangering the welfare of a child, second degree aggravated sexual abuse — other person less than 11-years-old.
