DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) — After police in Dunkirk raided the house of a convicted felon Tuesday, they say they found a number of dangerous items.
City of Dunkirk Police searched the house of Robert S. Gee, 52, after getting a search warrant along with a warrant for his arrest based on Gee’s alleged selling of heroin to undercover agents of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. When they got in the house, they arrested Gee, and searched inside.
Police say Gee had a stun gun, nunchuks and high capacity magazines for a high powered rifle. Police say in addition to drug charges, he will eventually face charges for the weapons as well.
Gee currently faces third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Police thanked members of the community, as they say it helped in bringing a two-month investigation to an arrest.
