Fahey confirmed to serve in state’s highest court

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A judge from Buffalo is headed to the highest court in the State of New York. Judge Eugene Fahey has been confirmed to serve on the State Court of Appeals.

The former common councilmember and trial attorney has been on the bench for 20 years. There were two vacancies on the court of appeals.

An Albany-area judge will fill the other opening.
