Man pleads guilty to disturbing charges involving children

CARROLLTON, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Limestone man pleaded guilty to felony charges, in connection to three separate incidents that happened in the Town of Carrollton.

Billy J. Dixon, 37, is accused of producing, directing or promoting a performance of sexual conduct by a child under 17. The incident happened on March 3, 2013.  Nearly a year later, he allegedly possessed a performance which included sexual conduct by a child less than 16 years old. Six months later, Dixon allegedly installed an imaging device to record a person getting undressed in a place where the victim had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
