Troopers arrest alleged shoplifting trio

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Troopers in Batavia arrested a trio of alleged shoplifters Tuesday.

Police say three people attempted to sneak past registers at a Batavia K-Mart without paying for the items and they responded to the scene. They arrested Nicholas T. Stock, 25, Dylan J. Perry, 23, and Grayson C. Stock, 23, and charged each with petit larceny.

They say the three attempted to sneak out of the store carrying four boxes of Crest White Strips and two boxes of allergy medicine, worth a combined $300.
