Man pleads guilty to crack cocaine charges

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Lackawanna man is facing jail time after he pleaded guilty Monday to crack cocaine charges.

Carvis McCutheon,  34, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute crack cocaine. Officials say he worked with others to attempt to sell crack cocaine in Lackawanna near the Gates housing facility.
