Niagara Falls celebrates St. Patrick’s Day

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — An annual tradition lives on in Niagara Falls where everybody is just a little Irish on one day each year.

Niagara Falls residents celebrated with Mayor Paul Dyster during the 33rd St. Patrick’s Day celebration in the city. They met at the Niagara Falls Conference and Event Center on Old Falls Street.

The party featured Irish foods and drinks, but also had music by the Blarney Bunch along with Irish dance performances by the McCarthy School of Dance. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
