Bandits trade Resetarits to Rochester

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Buffalo Bandits traded away Hamburg native Joe Resetarits Tuesday, sending the forward to Rochester in a deal that brings defenseman Jamie Batson to Buffalo.

Resetarits played 27 for the Bandits over the last two seasons, scoring 32 goals with 31 assists.

The Bandits also acquire a pair of second-round draft picks in the trade – one in 2016 and one in 2017 – while sending a 2016 3rd round pick to Rochester. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
