New York State Troopers responded to Mark J. Dietz’s dorm room after a report of drug possession. They say after a search of the room, they found methylphenidate pills, hydrocodone, alprazolam and two plastic bags full of unknown white powdery substances. They say they also found 13 grams of marijuana.

Police charged the 19-year-old man with five counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
