Police arrest driver with alleged .29% BAC

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A driver is accused of having more than three times the legal blood alcohol limit Wednesday evening in Buffalo. New York State Police stopped 45-year-old John Dryfhout on I-190.

Police interviewed Dryfhout and found him to be intoxicated. A breath sample revealed an alleged .29 percent BAC.

Dryfhout was released on an appearance ticket for Buffalo City Court.
