Three arrested, charged for allegedly burglarizing then setting flame to apartment

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police are investigating the events surrounding a burglary and arson at an apartment on Pearl Street in Jamestown.

Police say three people broke into an upper apartment and caused damage, set fires before leaving. Police didn’t say what the three people stole, but did say the fire severely damaged the apartment.

Jimmy Graves, 30, Jonathan Fields, 25, and a 16-year-old Buffalo teen were arrested and charged for allegedly committing the crime.

Police charged each with second degree felony burglary, third degree felony criminal mischief.
