Call center in Orchard Park poised to expand

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) — Hundreds of new jobs are expected to come to Orchard Park in the next two years.

The call center for One Touch Direct is looking to expand. It first opened its doors about sixteen months ago.

Right now a little more than a hundred workers help AT&T and T-Mobil customers resolve issues and learn about additional services offered.

One Touch Direct headquarters are in Tampa, Florida. It’s president, Joseph Mole, is a Buffalo native. He said he is not ready to name the new brand that will be signing on with his company, but did reveal that the deal should be launched sometime in July.

“As soon as those contracts are signed, Buffalo is on the top of the list,” he said. “So that’s the opportunity we’re very excited about.”

The company’s recruiter, Frank Butler, said six hundred new jobs are likely to be created in the next two years. “That’s a very realistic goal,” he said.

Many of the new jobs are expected to be in the area of technical support.

Debora Sullivan, One Touch Direct’s employee relations coordinator said “We’re so excited about the company. We’re brand new, but yet we have all the structure and support from our corporate office down in Tampa.”

One Touch Direct says it is already talking to Benderson Development about expanding to available space next door to its Orchard Park center. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
