BPD Officer Eloff suspended again, without pay

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Buffalo Police have once again suspended officer Robert Eloff.

Eloff has been suspended without pay for what police say is a different incident unrelated to what happened at Molly’s Pub when William Sager was pushed down a flight of stairs and later died.

Eloff was working security at the bar the night Sager was pushed.

Eloff is accused of civil rights violations.

The Buffalo Police union contract only allows an unpaid suspension to last 30 days.
