NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police issued several tickets to a woman who they say just wouldn’t cooperate with them.
New York State Troopers pulled over Amber K. Rowlett, 34, after she allegedly sped past a Trooper on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls. Police say in addition to speeding, she failed to keep right and moved from her lane unsafely.
When she was pulled over, police say she failed a field sobriety test, but refused to submit to a breathalyzer test after she was arrested. Police soon after charged her with driving while intoxicated, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, refusal of a breath screening test and other traffic infractions.
Rowlett will return to court on May 14.
