Man charged with driving drunk 5 times over legal limit

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police in Buffalo made an arrest after they say one man couldn’t even stand up for sobriety testing when he was pulled over.

The driver, Patrick Zon, a 47-year-old Alden man, was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving and following his arrest, police tested his blood alcohol content.

Officials say it was at .40 percent, or five times over the legal limit.
