Buffalo man charged with felony DWI

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo driver is facing DWI charges after police stopped him for violating traffic over the weekend.

Police say they started investigating 26-year-old Go Go after stopping him, only to realize he could be intoxicated. During tests, police say they learned his blood alcohol content was at .08 percent.

Go Go has a previous conviction for drunk driving, so when police arrested him, they charged him with felony drunk driving. He’ll return to court later in July.
