Man charged with driving drunk three times over legal limit on I-190

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — After stopping a speeder on the I-190, police say the made a DWI arrest.

New York State Police stopped Benjamin Rook, 34, and investigated him. During police testing, officials say they learned his blood alcohol content was .27 percent — three times the legal limit.

Police charged Rook with misdemeanor aggravated DWI and multiple traffic infractions.
