Teen arrested for cocaine during underage drinking bust

FREWSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) — A total of six people in one car received tickets for underage drinking over the weekend, but one teen was taken away for drug charges.

New York State Police say they stopped a car with six underage people inside and ticketed them all for underage drinking when police noticed beer bottles on the floor. During the investigation that followed, police say they found cocaine and marijuana on Michael J. Pace-Segura, an 18-year-old Lakewood native.

Pace-Segura additionally faces charges of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

He’ll return to Town of Carroll Court at a later date.
