Police seize 2,100 bags of heroin, make arrest in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A massive quantity of heroin is off the street in Buffalo after the Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies raided two homes on Wednesday night.

Police raided homes on Dash and Edison Streets stemming from an investigation they conducted following a recent overdose. Police used the fatal overdose case to develop information into drug dealers, and eventually say undercover deputiespurchased from a local dealer.

A judge gave the OK to raid the two homes in which police found 2,100 bags of heroin, cocaine, marijuana, guns — including two rifles and a shotgun — along with $12,000, a money counting machine and drug paraphernalia.

Police charged Dellsean Hamilton, 26, with a host of felony charges.

Hamilton is behind behind bars now and will appear in court at a later date.
