Decorating Main Street, one color at a time

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – ChalkFest Buffalo decorated the Main Street with art Saturday.

The 500 Block Association transformed an entire street into a colorful playground, with more sidewalk chalk than anyone could dream of.

Alongside professional artists, kids of all ages participated and left their temporary mark on city, creating whatever their imagination can come up with.

ChalkFest, geared toward children, donated all proceeds to the Explore & More Childrens Museum. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
