Buffalo Police search for bank robber caught on camera

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A First Niagara Bank suffered a bank robbery late Monday morning, but Buffalo Police say a suspect is caught on camera.

Police released images of the suspect, who they say entered a Main Street First Niagara Bank at about 11:20 a.m. The man reportedly handed a bank teller a note demanding money.

The man received funds from the teller then fled the scene. Now police are asking for help from the public.

Anybody who recognizes the man is asked to call police at (716) 847-2255.
