Police search for man behind string of burglaries and larcenies

TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Investigation spanning a Town of Tonawanda street led police to identify a person who they think is responsible for a string of crimes.

Police have worked a number of burglary and larceny cases since the start of August on June Road. According to police, new information leads them to believe a Buffalo man is behind thefts from cars and burglaries at houses and garages.

Officers with the Town of Tonawanda Police Department identified the suspected criminal as Nicholas T. Heath, a 6’2″ tall, 150 pound 31-year-old. Police say he last lived in Buffalo, and he is frequently seen in the Lovejoy and Riverside neighborhoods.
