DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Genesee County Sheriff’s Department made multiple arrests and issued several appearance tickets during and after the Chris Brown concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center Wednesday evening.
Matthew Norton, 22, of Evan Mills, NY was arrested for harassment in the second degree after allegedly punching a security officer in the face. Norton was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $750 bail.
Mark Donahue, 36 of Sanborn was also arrested, for harassment in the second degree after allegedly punching another subject in the face. He was given an appearance ticket for court.
Ashley Ginter, 27, of Alleghany, NY was arrested for disorderly conduct after allegedly causing a disturbance in the parking lot and was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $500 bail.
Police arrested Justin Ferraraccio, 19, of Rochester for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly having codine, methylphenidate and marijuana.
Ronald Minni, 23, of Rochester; Lisa Occhipinti, 20, of North Tonawanda; and Sydney Pontzer, 18 of Ridgeway, PA were arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of marijuana.
Multiple individuals were given tickets to appear in court after being arrested for tresspassing after allegedly re-entering the concert after being ejected and told not to return.
Several minors were also given court appearance tickets for violations including punching another person in the face and possession of marijuana.
