Schumer reveals 15 winners who will see Pope Francis

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Thirty lucky western New Yorkers will get their chance to see Pope Francis as he makes his first appearance in New York State as the pontiff.

New York’s senior Senator Chuck Schumer held a lottery drawing across New York State, offering up 201 coveted tickets to see the pope as he appears across the eastern part of the U.S.

In western New York, 15 people won a pair of tickets to see the pontiff with a loved one.
