Buffalo State student robbed at gunpoint on campus

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Police at Buffalo State report that a student was the victim of an armed robbery Sunday evening.

The victim reported that two suspects approached him in a Tower 3 residence hall stairwell at approximately 8:10 p.m.

Armed with a semi-automatic pistol and the other with a knife, the suspects stole the man’s cellphone and cash.

Three other students were present at the time of the incident. The suspects fled the residence hall and the victim and the three other students were unharmed.
