Police offer $2,500 reward in fatal Buffalo shooting from 2013

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Investigators are still trying to close the case of a 2013 shooting that claimed the life of a young woman.

A reward of up to $2,500, including $1,000 from Crime Stoppers and another $1,500 from the Buffalo Police Department, is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the death of Diamond Toler.

Police say Toler was shot and killed on Stevens Ave. and East Ferry St. more than two years ago, but still no arrests have been made.
