BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Another big name in country music is set to play at the First Niagara Center.

Blake Shelton, a popular singer and host of a TV show called “The Voice”, announced he’ll stop in Buffalo as part of his upcoming 14-destination tour starting in February, 2016. The singer will take the stage on Thursday, March 17 of 2016.

Tickets are being sold ahead of time between $94 and $702 through certain second-hand ticket marketplaces, however the First Niagara Center Box Office will be selling tickets between $29.75 and $69.75, similar prices to the Garth Brooks concert held last March. First Niagara Center officials say they’ll announce on-sale dates in the coming weeks.

Brooks made a splash when he arrived in Buffalo, playing to crowds of about 20,000 fans in several shows.
