2 Dunkirk residents accused of selling crack cocaine to undercover agents

DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two Dunkirk residents are jailed after being accused of selling crack cocaine to members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.

Minerva Maestre, 47, and Jason Rosas-Rodriguez, 31, were arrested on Thursday on warrants issued by the City of Dunkirk.

Both are charged with one count each of 3rd degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Additional charges against Maestre and Rosas-Rodriguez are pending.

Following arraignment, the two were committed to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail pending further court action.
