Former charter school CFO sentenced after stealing over $27,000 from school

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Krista Schultz, 44, of Snyder, is sentenced to five years of probation and must pay back over $27,000 she stole from Oracle Charter School on Delaware Ave while employed there.

The former Chief Financial Officer of the school admitted in May to overpaying herself by more than $27,000 during her seven months of employment there in 2013.

She was charged with 3rd degree grand larceny.
