JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) — Drug investigation in Jamestown has led to the arrest of a teen mother.
Jamestown authorities along with State Police found Victoria Rosier, 19, and her 10-month-old baby in a Stowe Street apartment.
In the apartment, police say they found morphine, methodone, and marijuana.
Rosier faces drug charges and is accused of endangering the welfare of a child.
She was committed to the city jail and the baby was turned over to a family member.
