Police release pictures from East Aurora pharmacy robbery

EAST AURORA, N.Y. (WIVB) — East Aurora Police have released photos of the two suspects involved in a local pharmacy robbery from late last week.

Police say Larwood’s Pharmacy on Oakwood Avenue in the village was robbed at gunpoint.

Just before 9 p.m., two people entered the store, pushed two customers to the ground at gun point and forced one employee into the bathroom.

After this, one of the two suspects showed a handgun, climbed over the display cases and demanded narcotics from the pharmacist.

The suspects stole a plastic bin with unknown amounts or types of prescription pills as well as a customer’s purse.

They then fled the store on foot, according to police. No one was injured.
