Fire strikes Loepere St. home

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo firefighters responded to a house fire on Loepere St. Monday morning.

The fire broke out between 7 and 8 a.m.

The small, 1.5 story house caught fire in the ceiling between floors, leading to the belief that this may have been an electrical fire.

Authorities say $40,000 in damage occurred during the fire.
