ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) — The charges kept coming after a Jamestown man was arrested for possible domestic violence in Orchard Park.
Police responded to the report on Thursday night and took Jeffrey Bohall, 31, into custody. He was charged with harassment and criminal contempt.
Bohall allegedly became agitated while in the rear of a police car and began screaming obscenities at Orchard Park police officers.
Police say he also began to kick the windows and safety partition in the car while refusing all orders to stop.
He was subsequently charged with attempted criminal mischief.
After arriving at the police station, Bohall was placed in a holding cell pending arraignment.
This is when police say he took off his underwear, stuffed them in the cell toilet, and flushed the toilet a number of times, causing water to flood the cell block.
Bohall allegedly did this same series of actions during a previous arrest in May.
The alleged Thursday incident led police to charge Bohall with 4th degree criminal mischief and obstruction of governmental administration.
Bohall was arraigned and committed to the Erie County Holding Center on $1,500 bail.
