State Police: Property dispute leads to deer hunting sabotage

FARMERSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) — New York State Police in Machias have arrested an Arcade man after they say he tried to ruin another person’s attempt at hunting deer.

Randie Rea, 57, is accused of leaving dryer sheets and perfume on a Farmersville resident’s porch. Police say he also stole an office chair from the person.

Rea has had a long dispute with the victim over property use, according to authorities.
