Gov. Cuomo directs flags to half-staff Wednesday in honor of fallen serviceman

ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) — Governor Andrew Cuomo has directed flags to be displayed at half-staff on Wednesday, December 23.

Flags are to be be flown in this way to honor a New York Air National Guard member who died in Afghanistan Monday.

NY Air National Guard Technical Sgt. Joseph Lemm was killed in an incident outside Bagram Air Base. Lemm was a member of the 105th Security Forces Squadron.
