Officers search for 2 after attempted carjacking in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An attempted carjacking on Monday night left a vehicle into two homes and police searching for two suspects.

Buffalo Police say they responded to East Delevan and Wyoming just after 8:30 p.m. Officers say two suspects pulled a person from his vehicle in an attempt to carjack him.

The two suspects were armed, police say, and during the ensuing struggle, a shotgun fired, however nobody suffered injury. After the gunshot, the two suspects fled and the vehicle collided into two houses on the 200 block of Wyoming.

Officers who responded to the scene did not find the suspects and said they’re investigating the case.
