Chautauqua County mother accused of tattooing 12 and 13-year-old sons

FREWSBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Chautauqua County woman is accused of illegally tattooing her two sons, aged 12 and 13.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says Frewsburg resident Chantilly Thomas, 34, tattooed “Ride or Die” on the back of her 12-year-old’s hand and tattooed a lightning bolt on the back of her 13-year-old’s hand.

Thomas is not registered to tattoo anywhere in the United States. She was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and will appear in court at a later date.
