First Hispanic mayor in New York sworn in in Dunkirk

DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) — The City of Dunkirk made history Friday with their new mayor.

Willie Rosas is New York State’s first Hispanic mayor. He beat out AJ Dolce for the position in November.
