Hamburg woman accused of waiving handgun during road rage incident

TOWN OF RIPLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) — New York State Police say a Hamburg woman waived a 9mm handgun during a road rage incident Wednesday morning on I-90 in the town of Ripley.

Michelle Chmura, 57, was a passenger in a vehicle when police say she waived a gun at another person during an incident around 9:30 a.m.

The car she was riding in was later stopped by Pennsylvania State Police.
