Bills Positional Breakdown: Defensive Backs

Josh Reed takes a look at the Bills' DBs

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Bills’ secondary in 2015: Strong on the outside with corners Stephone Gilmore and Ronald Darby, suspect on the inside at safety, despite Corey Graham leading the team in tackles.

Outside Gilmore, Darby and Nickell Robey, the Bills may need to acquire a fourth cornerback should they cut Leodis McKelvin, which would free up room in the salary cap. Mario Butler proved serviceable during the season, but the Bills could add another to the mix.

Safety is the biggest question mark. Is Aaron Williams ever going to be the same after his injury this past year? Baccari Rambo is a restricted free agent, so his future is uncertain. Graham could also be a cap casualty if the Bills think it necessary. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
